This was adopted by the Assembly of Representatives

Business plans and budgets for 2026 set the course for what we will achieve next year. Read more about the resolutions from the Assembly of Representatives meeting on November 15, 2025, and other important issues.

The business plan for the central organization was adopted, with a budget for procured funds of NOK 340 million. Of this, income from the donation model amounted to NOK 236 million.

The combined revenue budget for the BCC Federation and joint initiatives for 2026 is NOK 612 million.

Stiftelsen Skjulte Skatters Forlag (Hidden Treasures Foundation) was admitted as an associate member of the BCC Federation.

It was decided that the two missions collections in 2026 will go to Skjulte Skatters Forlag and the budget is NOK 28.3 million per collection.

An update was given on the overall financial situation, which is going according to plan. Preparatory strategic projects are underway to revise the long-term financial plan for 2027-2031. The financial framework adopted by the Assembly of Representatives in June forms the basis for good and sustainable financial management in all BCC Federation’s organizations.

The role of the committees

After five years of experience with committee work in the BCC Federation, some adjustments were made to the mandates of the committees, as well as a joint annual cycle. This will make the job more efficient and motivating for the volunteer representatives.

BCC Event, BCC Media, and BCC Music

These organizations work closely together when it comes to the events that the church organizes at Oslofjord Convention Center, and have prepared a joint business plan, budget, and content plan that was presented to the Assembly of Representatives.

In addition, a briefing was given on Bible X, which is in the final stages of negotiations with Templar Media in the USA on the further development and publication of the Bible game Gate Zero.

All business plans adopted

The business plans of BCC Fund, BCC Connect, BCC A-team, BMS International, and BCC Facilities were also presented to the Assembly of Representatives.

BCC Facilities plans to discontinue the business during 2026, because the needs related to the joint initiatives’ operations have changed significantly since the organization was established.

Governing documents

Information was provided about important projects in the BCC Federation and BCC Norway, which will affect the entire church.

Through the County Governor’s investigation of BCC Norway in 2024 and 2025, we have confirmed that freedom of religion is strong in Norway, as it is anchored in both the Norwegian Constitution and in international conventions. The outcome of the case has confirmed that we have the full right to preach and practice BCC’s beliefs and teachings. The Assembly of Representatives was briefed on key legislative texts, important learning points, and a new project to clarify our practice in various areas. This is to give members peace of mind, while supporting the volunteers who lead the churches both in Norway and in other countries.

The project includes the development and clarification of governing documents for matters of faith and doctrine.
