Excitement is clearly in the air and there are great expectations for this year’s kickoff at Jarlsberg Conference Center.
Newcomers are welcomed by those who are on the A-team in the current year. They will be traveling to 34 locations in six countries, and this is the first time they get to meet the people who have responsibility there where they will be living for the next year.

– I got answers to the things I was wondering about, and it was great to be able to talk to people who had just spent a year on the A-team,” says Nadia, 18.
She was pleased with the kickoff and appreciated the nice welcome gift she received:
– You can tell that they want to go the extra mile for us, and that’s really nice to see.
Inspiring and entertaining information
Through well-prepared presentations, entertaining films and speeches, young people get a taste of the exciting year ahead – a year that will be filled with experiences, growth and fellowship.
– Experience shows that it is very important to prepare young people for what lies ahead. “The Easter kick-off is an important tradition that we put a lot of effort into,” explains Crystal Waters Manrique.
She works for the BCC A-team and is full of energy when she talks about this year, which will be a turning point in the lives of many young people:
– For most people, it requires coming out of your comfort zone. For many, this is the first time they move away from home. It helps to be able to meet the people in charge and those you will be living with. The goal is for everyone to leave with the confidence that they are starting a new chapter surrounded by good friends and those in responsibility who genuinely care about the individual.

Life-changing
In a good mix of spiritual nourishment, new friendships and a warm atmosphere filled with energy, the tone was set for the coming year.
For many, choosing a year on the A-team is attractive because they have experienced how it has changed the lives of siblings and friends.

I’ve seen how A-team has impacted the lives of people I know. They are all very grateful for what they have experienced, and therefore I hope that A-team can do the same for me.
