Please note that cancellations up to one week before the start of the camp are non-refundable, and it&#8217;s also not possible to exchange tickets after this week.  <br\/> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality assurance of U18 activity registrations:<\/strong> in this week, you should get an overview of where all U18 participants in your BUK Club are registered and communicate to mentors where it&#8217;s important for them to sign up before the mentor registration deadline opens. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Room allocation:<\/strong> as something new, the deadline for room allocation has been extended significantly. It&#8217;s now possible to make changes in the system until a few days before the camp. If you encounter any challenges with this, we&#8217;d appreciate being notified, but we expect it to be advantageous for most.   <br\/> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shoulder days:<\/strong> it&#8217;s not possible to book check-out later than the specified check-out time.
