He got up at six to leave home before the rush-hour traffic. With three flights, via Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Stockholm, he traveled from 30\u00b0C in Cameroon to 9\u00b0C in Oslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacques also traveled from Douala. For him, the journey itself is already part of the experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 What makes the trip special is the time spent with friends on the plane. We\u2019re away from everyday life and have more time for fellowship. Together they took the bus to Brunstad, where even more friends from many countries were waiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 29-hour journey is worth it, Alexis says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 There is a strong spirit of revival at Brunstad, and I want to be there to experience it. I hope to bring the spirit of revival home with me \u2013 more humility, more joy, and more rest in all circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cA better husband and father\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexandre from Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon, says the conference means a lot to him and to his whole family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 The words spoken here help me become a better husband and father. Smith and other brothers, and we can share testimonies with brothers from all over the world who long for the same goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex
