Kevin Kristensen is working on preparing a special activity for the New Year\u2019s camp: Dungeons and Dragons. This is a role-playing game where you dress up and live in a fantasy world. The activity has become popular at the camps, and there is a need to expand the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a site manager for A-team. This means that she is responsible for the young people in A-team who are affiliated with the church in \u00d8stfold, Norway, where she lives. This weekend, there is a workshop for the 45 site managers in Germany, Norway and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTo get tips and motivation, and especially to build a relationship with the other site managers to make it easier to collaborate later on.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Elise also believes that the threshold for volunteering should be low:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no point in sitting around waiting for you to get so good at what you do; so you kind of have to jump in and learn by trial and error.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
