    The BCC Federation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The 2025 budget and business plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Overall for the BCC Federation (central organization) and joint initiatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Total funds procured for the objectives are NOK 637 237 000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This year’s activity surplus is NOK 69 552 000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Organizational changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    An overall coordination of event management is established. This means that there are common individuals on the boards of BCC Event, BCC Media and BCC Music, as well as overlap in board composition with BCC Connect. These are organizations that plan, produce and distribute content for conferences and camps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Another organizational change that was implemented is a change in the secretariat, which is also the BCC Federation’s (central association’s) board. Trond Eivind Johnsen from Norway stepped down and Thijs Flietstra from the Netherlands stepped in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Admission of churches in the BCC Federation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The following churches were granted permanent membership in the BCC Federation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    BCC Valdres, BCC \u00d8stfold, BCC H\u00f8nefoss, BCC Horten, BCC Harstad, BCC T\u00f8nsberg, BCC Stord, BCC Stavanger, BCC Sandefjord, BCC Oslo and Follo, BCC M\u00e5l\u00f8y, BCC Molde, BCC Hamar, BCC Hallingdal, BCC Drammen Sande, BCC Grenland, BCC Eiker, BCC Nederland, BCC Twente, BCC Groningen, BCC Gelderland, BCC West-Nederland.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is expected that more churches will apply for permanent membership of the BCC Federation during 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additional grants for joint initiatives in 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Due to unforeseen costs and some changes in the operations of the joint initiatives, the Assembly of Representatives allocated extra grants to three of the joint initiatives: NOK 1 million to BCC Music, NOK 0.9 million to BCC Media and NOK 11 million to strengthen the equity in BCC Facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Evaluation reports from the committees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Four of the committees submitted evaluation reports on how the BCC Federation’s work currently functions within the area that the relevant committees are tasked with working on. The reports were submitted by the Children’s Committee, the Youth Committee, the 60+ Committee and the IT Committee, and were presented to the Assembly of Representatives for information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The BCC Federation\u2019s joint initiatives may:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    All the joint initiatives presented their business plans and budgets to the Assembly of Representatives. The plans are adopted by their own boards. There was a representative meeting for these organizations: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Election to boards and committees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The nomination committee has worked to find candidates for boards and committees. Board elections were held in seven joint initiatives, based on recommendations from the nomination committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
